We hope that you are happy with your purchase, However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund, subject to conditions outlined below. This policy outlines both your statutory rights under UK law and our specific business terms.

Your Statutory Rights:

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement for faulty goods returned within 30 days of receipt.

After 30 days (up to 6 months): You must give us an opportunity to repair or replace the item. If repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you can claim a refund (which may be partial after the first 6 months).

Return Costs: We will cover the cost of returning damaged or faulty goods.

If you made your purchase online, by mail order or over the phone, the Consumer Contract Regulations give you a 14 day 'cooling off' period. 

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel your order for any reason. Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the goods. We must issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof that you have sent them). If you cancel because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and we recommend that you use a tracked service.

We will accept returns for 'change of mind' with 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be in a re-saleable condition: unused, with all original tags attached, in original packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase. We offer a full refund to the original payment method.

2. Package the item to ensure it is secure and to prevent damage during shipping.

We will inspect your returned goods upon arrival and no0tify you of the status:

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We generally send all items out using Royal Mail 2nd Class post or for larger items using parcel force. Should you require the item purchased next day, then this is possible using Royal Mail 1st Class or Guaranteed Next Day (additional charges may apply). 

Items posted with standard shipping are likely to take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive at destination.

All items are packaged to reduce the risk of damage to your purchase.

We only ship to destinations within the United Kingdom.

If you have chosen a tracked delivery option, a tracking number will be provided via email or text.
